Taxi License Appeals
If your application for a license is turned down, you have the right of appeal to a Magistrates' Court. You can also appeal if the licensing authority decides to suspend or take away your driver licence, or refuses to renew it. We are able to assist you with representation at the Magistrates Court in respect of any refusal, suspension or revocation of a Private Hire or Hackney Carriage driver, vehicle or operator licence (“taxi licences”), or against the imposition of conditions.
